Here\, I question whether such a\nnotion should be appl ied to protein interactomes- that is\, whether\nthese protein interactomes are expected to contain a fraction of\nnonselected\, nonfunctional protei n-protein interactions. I discuss\nevidence for the existence of these non -functional interactions in\nkinase-substrate networks from the analysis o f the evolution of\nphosphoproteomes of mammals and fungi.\n DTSTART:20091112T230000Z DTEND:20091112T230000Z LOCATION:Leacock Building\, CA\, QC\, Montreal\, H3A 2T7\, 855 rue Sherbroo ke Ouest SUMMARY:MonBUG Seminar URL:/channels/event/monbug-seminar-111727 END:VEVENT END:VCALENDAR
