 y a wine collector with a keen awareness\nof terroir (how the characterist
 ics of a land can affect the taste\nof an agricultural product)\, when she
  began to develop a similar\ninterest in olive oils. During many journeys 
 through Spain\, the\nworlds largest producer of olives\, Claudia met with 
 local\nproducers\, connoisseurs and chemists who shared with her their\nkn
 owledge of producing authentic extra virgin olive oils. Her\ngrowing passi
 on led her to open Olive & Olives in Montreal in\n2003 with partner Danièl
 e Beauchamp\, and the two now have several\noutlets in the Montreal area\,
