 morial Lectures\nThe 2009 Meredith Memorial Lectures\, organized jointly b
 y the\nFaculty of Law of 91ºÚÁÏÍø\, the Quebec Bar\, the Montreal
 \nBar and the Chambre des notaires du Québec\, is an apportunity to\nconsi
 der these questions in the context of the Quebec legal\nprofessions.\nThe 
 series was established to honour the late W.C.J. Meredith\,\nQC\, Dean of 
 the Law Faculty from 1950-60. In 2006\, the Meredith\nMemorial Lectures th
 eme was Intellectual Property. Since 1961\, each\nyear's lectures have bee
 n published in book form.\nPlease note that the proceedings will be in Fre
