  organizations evolving to meet these\nchallenges? A 91ºÚÁÏÍø management exp
 ert will discuss the way to do\nbusiness in an increasingly diverse office
  environment.\nSuzanne Gagnon joined 91ºÚÁÏÍø’s Desautels Faculty of Managem
 ent\nin July 2000. She lectures on organizational behaviour\,\ncrosscultur
 al management and human resources in the BCom and MBA\nprograms. Her widel
 y published research focuses on international\nhuman resources and workpla
 ce diversity\, and she is currently\ncompleting an innovative study of ide
 ntity and corporate leadership\ndevelopment initiatives in global firms. S
 he sits on the advisory\ncommittee of the Faculty’s Teaching Executives Pr
 ogram and the\nexecutive committee of the International Management Consort
 ium. She\nalso works with promising student leaders as part of the\nOrgani
 zational Behaviour Course Counsellors program.\nPlease note that \nonline
