She acts as Secretary t o Tribunals before\, inter alia\, the London Court of International Arbitr ation (LCIA)\, the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC)\, the Internati onal Centre for the Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID)\, the Perman ent Court of Arbitration (PCA) and the Court of Arbitration for Sports (CA S).\n\nPrior to joining Cabinet Yves Fortier\, Ms. Lespérance was Assistan t Legal Counsel at the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA) in The Hague w here she provided legal and administrative support to arbitral tribunals a nd parties in proceedings administered by the PCA concerning State-to-Stat e\, investor-State and international commercial disputes. She is a graduat e of University of Montreal and holds an LLM cum laude in international la w from Leiden University. She sits on the boards of directors of the Canad ian Council of International Law and the United Nations Association Canada (Montreal Branch) and has published with the 91ºÚÁÏÍø Journal of Dispute Re solution and Lexis Nexis. She also gives conferences on international arbi tration.
