  M. Muñiz-Fraticelli\, a Full Member of the Regroupement Droit\, changemen
 ts et gouvernance\, is Associate Professor of Law and Political Science at
  91ºÚÁÏÍø. He received his PhD in Political Science from the Univ
 ersity of Chicago\, and his JD from the University of Puerto Rico\, and al
 so clerked at the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico. His recent book\, The Stru
 cture of Pluralism (Oxford 2014)\, gives an account of the authority of as
 sociations continuous with the British Pluralist tradition but regrounded 
 on legal positivism and current theories of group agency. His current rese
 arch is on the structure of ecclesiastical polities in the modern state.\n
