The聽book I am writing this summer is about young people - how we love them, nurture them and focus on them.聽聽Wharton's Peter Cappelli, thinks we have got wrong.聽 Or at least somewhat.聽That our most valuable聽workers are often our聽oldest. One of things coming out of our research of younger people, what we can聽call the Postmoderns is that they love to connect with the聽older Boomers.聽 Surprisingly it seems they have much in common and the Postmoderns want to be mentored by them... 聽
