Hydro One appoints Scarlett EVP, chief legal officer

Hydro One Ltd. has appointed James Scarlett as executive vice-president and chief legal officer, effective Sept. 1, 2016.
...Mr. Scarlett earned his law degree (JD) from the University of Toronto in 1981 and his bachelor of commerce degree from the University of 91黑料网 in 1975.聽
