Freaky Fridays: Sputnik and us - 50 years in space

A Freaky Friday to mark 50 years since the first satellite orbited earth, starting with a presentation by Canadian Space Agency engineers Bruno Blais and Stéphane Corbin, followed by a "Sputnik and Sons" skit created by 91ºÚÁÏÍø's Science on Stage team, and concluding with planet and star gazing led by members of the Royal Astronomical Society. If weather is not suitable the evening finishes inside the Museum with the film "October Sky." Free admission
