Scared your New Years exercise resolutions aren't going to last? Want to learn how to make them stick? Want to know where to start?

Come to one of 4 fitness evaluation dates to find out how to stay on track, brought to you by Fit@91ºÚÁÏÍø! Drop in from 11am-4:30 everyday.

*   Monday Jan 24th - McConnell Hallway
*   Tuesday Jan 25th - Currie Gym
*   Wednesday Jan 26th - Redpath Library
*   Thursday Jan 27th - Frank Dawson Lobby (in front of Schulich Library)

You'll go home with personalized fitness score cards including tips on how to improve your fitness, a calendar that helps you set and meet goals, and a prize for those who participate!
A nurse will also be on site to answer any of your health questions.
