An unpublished eighteenth-century manuscript offers a unique insight into the healing principles and practices of a representative English household which would have largely relied on home remedies and cures. Prof. Vincent DiMarco, Professor Emeritus (English), University of Massachusetts, Amherst and owner of the manuscript, will contextualize the contents of this document. RSVP required.
