Luis Toro Utillano, Legal Advisor, Office of International Law, Organization of American States, will speak on "The Work of the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights"; Olger I. Gonz谩lez-Espinoza, Inter-American Court of Human Rights (Costa Rica), will discuss "The Interaction between the Inter-American Court of Human Rights and the Commission." Presentations will be given in Spanish, followed by a trilingual Q&A. An event from the Conference Series on Latin American Law organized by the Latin American Legal Studies Association (LALSA).
