The Faculty of Religious Studies is pleased to welcome Prof. Donald Lopez (Michigan) as this year's featured Birks Series lecturer. This distinguished scholar will offer two public lectures under the general title of "Buddhism among the Religions", both of which will be followed by a question and answer period.
Monday, September 26: "Buddhism and Christianity: Early Modern Encounters", in the Birks Heritage Chapel at 5:30 p.m.
Tuesday, September 27: "Buddhism and Islam: A Tibetan View", in the Birks Heritage Chapel at 5:30 p.m.
