In our modern lives, we spend a significant amount of time sitting, typing, and focusing on tasks that limit our body's natural movement; over time, this may lead to musculoskeletal imbalances. A consistent stretching and mobility routine is a vital practice for prevention of injury and for maintaining functional independence for life.

In this session, you will:

  • Practicesimple stretches to counteract the effects of prolonged sitting 💪

About the Speaker

This session will be guided by 91 alumna Liliana Ospina, 91 Athletics Fitness and Yoga Instructor with over two decades of teaching experience. As a staff member within the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, Lili helps advance the collective vision—together for better health. Drawing on her passion for holistic well-being, Lili believes that incorporating simple wellness strategies into our daily routine can enrich our lives and enhance our human experience.
