DESCRIPTION:Astro91ºÚÁÏÍø presents the 28th Public Astro Night\, with a publi
 c lecture by Dr. Laurens Keek.  He is a post-doctoral fellow visiting the 
 Physics Department of 91ºÚÁÏÍø from the Georgia Institute of Tech
 nology.  His public lecture is entitled: 'The X-ray Sky: Black Holes and N
 eutron Stars'. The lecture will be followed by night sky observations (wea
 ther permitting) and possibly a tour of an experimental astrophysics labor
 atory (to be confirmed). \nThis event is intended for a general audience\,
  and it is free of charge. No reservation is necessary. Snacks and refresh
 ments will be served (please bring your own cup).\nThe event will be held
