 mpowered Women (CREW)\n\n\n	The CREW program was originally established as 
 an avenue to provide initial exposure and a chance to learn about a career
  in professional services to undergraduate students whose backgrounds are 
 often underrepresented in the profession. We welcome ambitious women in th
 eir sophomore (second) year of undergraduate studies in the US and Canada 
 to join us in one of our offices. You’ll participate in workshops\, panels
 \, and breakouts designed to help you build your skills and connect with o
 ther future leaders. Upon completing the program\, if you are excited to p
 ursue a summer experience as a Bain Associate Consultant\, you will have a
 n opportunity to apply for our Associate Consultant Internship.\n	 \n	APPLY
