 r.Olson was formally trained in Mathematics (BS) and Bioengineering (PhD).
  His work focuses on the intersection of physiological sensors and machine
  learning. Throughout his career\, Dr.Olson has made advancements in data 
 science\, clinical data collection\, sensor design\, and algorithm develop
 ment at a variety of start-ups in the wearable and medical device spaces.
 \n\nThe MedTech Talent Accelerator is a national training program to launc
 h the next generation of industry-ready talent for the Canadian Medical Te
 chnology sector. The program is a collaboration between Toronto Metropolit
 an University (Formerly known as Ryerson)\, 91ºÚÁÏÍø\, Dalhousie\, Universit
 y of Calgary\, BioMedical Zone\, MedTech Canada (the National Association 
 of the Canadian Medical Technology Industries)\, and its member companies.
