 ofessional Engineer with a strong background in civil engineering and dive
 rse experience from across Canada. She has been involved in the planning\,
  design\, and construction of major infrastructure projects\, including hi
 ghways\, streetcars\, light rail\, and commuter rail. She is highly compet
 ent as both a technical and project manager\, having led teams on traditio
 nal bid-build projects and on public private partnership (P3) projects on 
 both technical advisory and build teams.\n\n \n\nWilliam Phillips is a ver
 satile professional civil engineer\, procurement advisor and climate adapt
 ation specialist with over a decade of experience advising\, planning\, an
 d developing major infrastructure projects. He has held lead roles on infr
 astructure projects as a climate change and sustainability specialist incl
 uding most recently for Metrolinx\, MBTA and LA Metro. He is a passionate 
 advocate for quantitative risk analysis and data driven decision making to
  mitigate and adapt to the impacts of climate change. His proven abilities
  in collaboration\, communication\, and leadership gained from working in 
 both the private and public sectors. As a result\, William has the essenti
 al tools to help infrastructure owners and investors make educated decisio
 ns with a clear understanding of the risks and opportunities related to cl
