  prepare selected attendees for a career in investment banking. Participan
 ts will have the opportunity to learn more about the investment banking in
 dustry and the firm's culture through curated speaker series led by our se
 nior bankers who identify as Black or African American.\n\nAttendees of th
 e program will also have the opportunity to be fast-tracked through the in
