 ing Simulation –December 2020\n\nEvercore is hosting an invite-only Sophom
 ore Diversity Seminar designed to provide highly motivated undergraduates 
 with an inside look into investment banking in the Energy sector through a
  real-life simulation. We are seeking intelligent\, ambitious sophomores w
 ith the desire to learn about working in finance and the Oil & Gas industr
 y.\n\nThe Diversity Seminar will be held on Zoom\, and will include a 2.5 
 hour Investment Banking Simulation\, followed by an analyst panel and netw
 orking with Evercore representatives from the Houston office. This half-da
 y educational event will offer you background on the industry\, Evercore\,
  and our Advisory Summer Analyst Program\, which we hope you will consider
  in your junior year (Summer 2022). The event will be held on Friday\, Dec
 ember 11th2020.\n\nThis is a unique opportunity to meet Evercore represent
 atives and gain the necessary tools to make an informed decision about you
 r future internship & career experiences.\n\nQualifications:\n	–Undergradua
 te –Sophomore\n	–3.3 or higher GPA\n	–Interest in finance and energy (e.g.\,
  relevant coursework\, work experience\, activities)\n	–Demonstrated leader
