Growing up near Chicago\, Bob was fascinated with observing the sky and weather at an early age.\n\nMr. George Bancroft is a Marine Forecaster in the Ocean Prediction Center at the National Weather Service in Maryland. The Ocean Prediction Center creates the High Seas For ecasts\, Marine Weather Charts\, and the Offshore Waters Forecast for the North Atlantic and North Pacific Oceans.
